Just because today is the final day, this doesn’t mean it has to be over. If you’ve completed the Beginner category why not try and push yourself and try out the Fit to Fitter category? You can repeat the 21 days as many times as you like. If you’ve already got an exercise plan, then why not add these to your current workouts for that extra burn?
