Beginner Workout

 

A full body stretch workout is as good as any other workout. Your body needs to stretch and a less intense workout to assist in recovery.

During the warm up and the post workout flex, you will be performing a range of moves to ensure you get the stretch your muscles need.

Today’s workout is great at relieving tension in your muscles. As this also helps to relieve stress, repeat this workout anytime you are feeling overwhelmed.
