Beginner Workout

Samantha Clayton walks you through an intermediate warm up. She makes sure you stretch and use your full body to prepare you for the following Core workout. Included in the warm up are cardio based exercises to increase your heart rate.

During this workout, you will be using every single muscle in that core complex. As well as your core, Samantha Clayton also challenges your balance during the workouts.
