Right lets get stuck into this last week and start our lower body workout. Today the team take you through a full body warm up before beginning a lower body workout. These lower body exercises are designed to work your hamstrings, activate your gluts and challenge your balance. Make sure to keep hydrated and breathe in between exercises. You can do this!
Feel like pushing it? Why not try out the Fit to Fitter workout? This challenge is for those who exercise regularly and are already quite fit. If you complete all 21 days of the beginner programme, come back and start the Fit to Fitter programme and really train your body to be fitter and healthier.
We start off with an intense warm-up to get your blood flowing with James. Then Samantha Clayton demonstrates a range of leg workouts to engage all lower body muscles. If you feel confident with this workout, why not add in some dumbbells for that extra challenge?
