Welcome to day number 6 of the 21 Day Challenge with Nile Wilson. Today the task at hand is flexibility. Now flexibility may sound boring to some people or not very useful as a workout routine, but being flexible can make day-to-day tasks feel easier and lighter on your body. As Nile says this is something he values highly in his life as it applies a lot to his gymnastics, and he is excited to share this workout with you.
Remember it is very important to warm up and stretch beforehand. If you need guidance with your warm-up, jump to Day 1 and follow the warm-up there. Make sure you keep hydrated and exercise to your ability level. You can do this!
This workout will help get the blood flowing through your body, which should help you to feel better in general. After this flexibility and stretching session with Nile we hope you will feel ready for the day ahead. As always please go at your own pace during the workout.
